Kappa’s Newest On-Line Learning Opportunity: A Webinar Series for All Members

Kappa Kappa Gamma is pleased to announce its first webinar series for alumna and collegiate members. Register to attend one or more of these online presentations in the comfort of your home. All you need is phone or VoIP audio technology and Internet connection. All webinars are set either for 9:00 p.m. EST during the week or 8:00 p.m. EST on Sundays and will last approximately 30–40 minutes. The Kappa Learning Institute is Launched

Today, Kappa Kappa Gamma launched the Kappa Learning Institute.

Kappa Kappa Gamma strives to provide its membership with the most up-to-date and applicable education programming.

In an effort to reach this goal, we have created this new online learning program.

The Kappa Learning Institute - Coming August 2009!

On August 1, Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity will launch the Kappa Learning Institute, its new online learning tool, providing interactive and engaging educational programming.

The Value of a Legacy Course

I just took this course, and it is amazing! The Education Department did a fantastic job of putting it together. It was extra special to see Kappas that I know talking about their experiences as legacies. I laughed and cried at the stories that are included in this course. I enjoyed hearing about the Kappa who told her mother that she had dropped Kappa just to keep the pressure off, and then pledged Kappa! Our legacies are so important to the the future of our chapters and the organization. I know that you will love learning about our legacies.

The Test Drive

We are about a month away from the launch of the new Kappa Learning Institute!! The KLI will provide training and continuing education for Kappas. Last week we asked the Regional Directors to take our first course, Kappa Kappa Gamma 101 – An Introduction, for a test drive. There was some skepticism from the group beforehand. The RDCs even drew straws to see who would have to do this. As the RDs worked their way through the course, there were oohs and ahhs, laughter, and clapping. There was a high level of competition in acquiring charms and in uncovering the hidden objects first. I think that they liked it!

I am so excited that other Kappas will soon have access to our e-learning courses. What will you learn today?
